Will we have direct communication with the actual builder?

Yes, you will, from start to finish and during handover. You will also have regular site meetings and direct contact via email and phone.

Do you provide a comprehensive building inclusions list?

Yes, absolutely. Everything is documented, detailed and agreed upon upfront. A comprehensive specification document will accompany your quote and leaves no room for uncertainty. We are committed to keeping your project within budget. We limit our Prime Costs and Provisional Costs, which mitigates budget blow-outs, keeping within contract price.

Are we able to make changes to the standard design and inclusions?

Yes, you can. Whilst we provide you with a list of inclusions and selections to establish a quote, you may change these as your specific needs change during the build. The benefit of choosing a custom home builder is that we can accommodate your needs. Alterations can be made, however, they must be in writing and any changes in price must be agreed before we proceed.

We don’t have any plans and don’t know where to start, can you help?

We can help you or direct you to designers, civil and structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, land surveyors, energy rating consultants and interior designers. We can begin the process on your behalf or guide you through each stage.

Are you a HIA member?

Yes, we are. A HIA member means best in the business. You’ll also have peace of mind that we are appropriately licensed and insured.

Through our membership, we stay up to date with the latest standards, innovations and trends. We attend regular industry seminars and trade shows, and continue our professional development in industry standards, new products, rules and regulations. You can rest assured that we are fully qualified and your project will comply with the latest building codes and regulations.

How do you pick subcontractors and suppliers?

We only use trusted, qualified and experienced subcontractors and suppliers. Over the years we have handpicked tradespeople who meet our high-quality standards and finishes, whilst meeting our project time frames. We have an excellent relationship with our selected suppliers who source and procure only the best-quality materials required for your project.
